It's a matter of interpretation. If we're speaking about how we do things and our reasons and our methods, then there would be no blowback theory, I would think. If we're talking about the perception of the rest of the world, when we do things, I'd think nothing has changed as far as credibility there. This is all about perception. That theory is probably defined as being based on perception. If it isn't, then you can't take it seriously.
