Man, that's a bit crass, no?

This is in regards to the 13 year old who went to get her tonsils removed and went brain dead. The hospital wants her off the life support, parents are fighting it.

Ms. McMath underwent a tonsillectomy on Dec. 9 to treat symptoms of sleep apnea and other problems, according to family members quoted in media reports in California. While recovering from the procedure, she suddenly began coughing up blood and went into cardiac arrest, according to the accounts. Doctors revived her, but she had suffered brain damage and was declared brain dead on Dec. 12.

Sucks all around, and ultimately, the hospital is right but damn... bad choice for a quote.
