    You know, I don't think even the DPRK knows what it wants. It finds its hand to be unusually strong in this instance when dealing with the US, thanks to the sudden--and frankly inexplicable--sympathy resonating throughout the ROK. But to expect the US to sign a non-aggression pact is ridiculous, especially given the DPRK's apparent willingness to tear up any agreement at the drop of a hat if it senses some advantage could be parlayed from such an act.

    Clearly, these are not the actions of a sensible nation, Donald Duck cartoons aside.
