A new ruleset update for TrojanHunter is available. The update
    contains 4762 detection rules.

The easiest way to install this ruleset update is to run the
TrojanHunter LiveUpdate utility. If you want to install the update
manually you can do so by downloading the file

and extracting its contents to the TrojanHunter program directory.
(When updating manually, your update date as seen in the Rule
Statistics dialog and in the Status Bar (in advanced mode) will not be
updated. You will have to manually change the date in the thupdate.txt
    file to correct this.)

Note: This ruleset update requires TrojanHunter 3.0.

Do these guys writing security programs ever rest or sleep? Seems that they are issuing updates every day. :)

    Hi Robert,

Magnus updates the database each time"it's necessary"(with him it means that bad guys are playing around with the newly registered trojans:) ).Anyway I prefer an update too much than one too short;) .Have a nice week end

Claire, you are obviously clever on the pc's.

I am getting a Trojanhorse lately. Is this someone trying to access my computer? Because Nortons is bringing up a window saying "High Risk"

    Hi Melpomene,
IMHO it's always a bad news to have a trojan in your PC.The aim of a trojan is indeed to access your PC.
So,if I were you, i'd get rid of it asap.
Update your AT and have a full scan
and try to get rid of the nastie
    Have a nice Sunday

Mel, Trojan Hunter has a 30 day trial, why not download it and see if you have anything?

Good idea Ethics but if Norton flagged it up I suppose it can handle this.Or at least Melpomene can put the supected file in quarantine and destroy it(Since I don't use Norton
the procedure might be somewhat different):)
But it surely a very good idea to give Trojan Hunter a try.She might get addicted like so many are;)

    Here's a link for Melpomene
