TiO2 in our Milk

    Yes, the summary does come from Mother Jones, but their links in research are solid.

    Yes there are positives of having silver in your socks but your external skin on feet is a bit different than Titanium Oxide2 in your gut.

    As a side note, I've switched to Almond Milk about 6 months ago. Try it, folks, try it first with vanilla and then you can wean yourselves off Milk all together. I did it for a few reasons, mostly for not needing milk intake when you are adult and creating intolerance to many of the hormones that milk farms were injecting.

    I don't drink milk. I'll use it for cooking every now and then, but generally, I detest the stuff.
