    Story. About damn time. I was beginning to believe they owned the government. It will be interesting to see their next tactic, but this looks like the people have been heard after all. Screw the RIAA. It is not right to steal, we know that. It is also not right to have a policeman in the kitchen watching the cookie jar either. I like this news.

    I applaud this. Not so much as for downloading stolen material but maybe the recording industry will be forced to rework their business plan and quit foisting titles we don't want on us as fillers in expensive CD's.

    This is indeed good news. I agree with ST, that maybe now the industry will try to actually change it's business model to reflect the reality of today's world.
