    No, this isn't about the cover up by the Putinbots on the current war in Ukraine, this is much more encompassing and much deeper.

    I've said the cause before and I will repeat it again. While the author touches on a brief but important reason (lack of hope) it's more about the low value of life. Life just sucks over there, horrendous, gray, depressing. So people take all types of risks because... what are the potentials that I die because of it? And then... So?
