Senate GOP fails in final bid to block military pension cuts in budget bill

    What do you vets think of this? And why would illegal immigrants be eligible to claim IRS credit?

    Still getting the low down on how this is going to affect retirees, but it looks like they're going to reduce COLA increases. For example, if the COLA increase for 2014 is 1.5%, retirees will see a .5% increase.

    Of course, I sure don't see anything in the bill where those fuckwads in Washington are sharing in the pain and reducing THEIR benefits.

    When the current crop are finally gone, I hope something is done to outlaw the practice of Congress exempting themselves from the negative fallout of their poor decisions.
