    Beautiful! You can see the Tsar's resemblance to the British royal family of the same period. He was a cousin of some sort. Why was it necessary to shoot them? Were they plotting to regain control of Russia?

    It was feared that they could rally the anti-communist factions when the "White army" was outside the city. Fearing that the forces were on their way to save them, the entire family was executed.
