Oracle's lawsuit against Google

    By now, I'm sure most of you have heard that the court case started this week. What should be a slam dunk for Google, former Sun CEO Jonathan Schwartz testified that the Java APIs were not considered proprietary or protected by Sun, as long as Google didn't use the Java name.

    Should be interesting to see how things develop now. With that little tidbit in the open, Oracle's chances of winning are pretty slim.
