Not sure what the full death count will be but the shooting alone is at 80 now.

They are saying it's a right-winger who did this. Not sure if it's one or more people but... Horrible.

Looks like during the time, a Pro-Palestinian rally was held. http://blogs.aljazeera.net/liveblog/norway-jul-23-2011-0804

    Boycott Israel?

I don't agree with the little Commies in that camp but no one deserves to die for their views.

Killer will serve only 21 years maximum, be released at age 53. Three months per person killed. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2018378/Norways-worst-mass-killer-21-years-jail-most.html#ixzz1T4FzNdJc

In this country under our laws he wouldn't likely get that pass. He would likely be considered "legally" sane. Not talking about him specifically or his specific crime but our law or definition of legally insane is, well insane.

A rather interesting commentary about the case.

It's pretty sad when the media diverts the attention away from where it really needs to reside.

I'm not following? Sounds like the media got it right before the official report?

But is he really mentally deranged? I think there are enough questions bouncing around to question whether he truly is schizophrenic.

Why are you questioning this? It's been evaluated and researched within and the psychiatric study deemed him as such. I mean, what's your angle to question is what I am asking?

I'd call this journalist clueless, but that would be unfair to all the clueless people out there.

I'm at a loss as to how this even made it to print.

    First.. We have this headline...

Then we have this lead in..

And it only gets worse from there.

Obviously no research, no interviews, no nothing. Just a quick peek on line to see what the game entails and wrap it in with the rest of the drivel.

Mr Titcomb must have been one of those let go from "News of the World". Oh.. wait.. As bad as that rag was, they did far better work than Titcomb has for this piece.

At least the MSM has gotten off dramatizing and emphasizing that he had blond hair and blue eyes. Those facts seemed to share top billing with the actual terrible crimes he committed. But we all know how relevant it was that his blond hair and blue eyes be emphasized. Plus, such a combination in Norway is so uncommon!

Seems Norway's Appeals Court agrees with us.

Mass killer Breivik loses human rights case against Norway

His lawyer intends to appeal to Norway's Supreme Court (which most likely won't hear the case) and if that fails, appeal to the EU high courts.

For such brutal acts, isolation is not enough.
