Neuroscientists reverse Alzheimer’s disease in mice | KurzweilAI
This.. is.. HUGE!!!
It sounds very promising. I hope it won't take forever to develop and market the drug.
Wow that's huge! My grandmother didn't exactly have Alzheimer's (not a diagnosis) but was obviously suffering dementia when she passed.
Even more interesting are the possibilities that drug treatments today might become dietary supplements some day, to enhance the lives of those of us who are apparently normal health.
My BFF yoga friend carries a whole baggie of dietary supplements in her purse, roots around them and scarfs them up when we dine out, I've been meaning to ask her what she takes. I currently work out a lot but thinking of taking the supplements too, making a list of things to try. I'm a bit disturbed knowing if you take a bunch of stuff and feel better you won't know which stuff it is that is working.
I have congestive heart failure and diabetes.
Alzheimer’s scares more than the two of those put together.
I can identify with that statement. My mother had vascular dementia.
