By Mike Tyson. http://nymag.com/news/features/mike-tyson-2013-10/#print
His downfall began when he dropped Cus D'Amato.
D'Amato died. He was never dropped.
Oops, my mistake. D'Amato died and Kevin Rooney took over. Rooney was also an excellent trainer for Tyson, but Tyson fired him about three years later. In 1988 Tyson knocked out Michael Spinks (I thought he killed him ) and in that same year fired Rooney and split with manager Bill Cayton. That's when the decline began.
Yep. Spot on.
I bought the book. Can't wait to go through it.
Not speaking of the book specifically but Mike Tyson is a very interesting guy.
