2 pounds of hamburg 1/2 pound of american cheese, slices. (yellow) 1 green or red pepper, diced. 1/2 onion, diced Garlic powder Sub Rolls. As you are frying the hamburg, keep cutting at it untill the hamburg is loose with not large chunks. Adding in the diced onion and pepper. When cooked fully, smooth out the hamburg and layer the top with the cheese slices like you would a pie. When the cheese melts, stir untill the cheese and hamburg is fully mixed.
