It sure is, isn't it? I don't know what I would do with one, I just know that I need it. :D

I finally made it to the head of the queue and was able to order one of these. You need to supply just about everything else -- power supply, SD card with operating system, cables, and of course keyboard and display.

In the U.S. it looks like my iPad and iPhone adapters would work just fine, but I ordered the Pi its own adapter:

An SD card with the operating system preloaded was out of stock, but it's pretty easy to download and burn onto your own SD card:

    There's an excellent wiki, too:

I'm not getting one because I'd put it in a safe place and never find it again!

I did get it recently, along with a dedicated power supply. I'm trying to set aside the time to set it up (burn the SD card, hijack a keyboard and TV, etc.).

For all of you Linux people who don't have a lot of cash for the hardware: A $35 computer:

    512mb Rasperry Pi

My bride needs a new system, and I was going to have this delivered for her, but then reading it, it only runs Linux and what she needs requires Win 7.

Raspberry Pi has now sold 10 million computers

They must be absolutely thrilled. To go from a goal of around a thousand to over 10 million is quite the accomplishment.
