Looks cool, but like you don't think I would spend $100 for it. I've always wondered how those <a href="http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CTLG%5F003%5F010%5F002%5F000&product%5Fid=26%2D494">flexible keyboards</a> you see at RadioShack would be.

I've been watching the market closely for an illuminated keyboard that has the same functionality my multimedia keyboard has.

The one you link to here is the most reasonably priced one I have seen and the first of its type that targets the home user.

All the other ones I have looked into are built for industrial use.

They are getting closer, but I think I will still hold off until they drop a bit in price.

    Thanks for the link !

Anybody remember the old Northgate keyboards. I had one of those for work before I even had a home computer. Metal manufacture. I used it for 7 years.

the keyboard was $35, and i got the E.L.F. for free from a former employer ;)

you can get it pretty cheap nowadays though----like $20-$30 at aftermarket automotive places.
