Juice is bad

    If you were to drink, say, Tropicana OJ in the early 80's and now, you'd be shocked by the difference in taste. Mostly sugar. Not sure how we've gone from healthier option of juice to frog in the boiling water getting slowly accustomed to having SO much sugars in our diet, but her we are.

    ShinyTop I know what is right or wrong!

    Is that added sugar? It does seem counter intuitive that 100%fruit juice would have that much sugar unless it is added.

    Heck, even pure orange juice with nothing added has 23 grams of sugar in an eight-ounce serving. Adding sugar really jacks that up a lot more.
