    I think he makes an important point and lays out achievable goals. I've mentioned in the past how reliant my generation is on take out and prepared foods. I can't say I'm exactly a living model, my diet is certainly not amazing but it's better than it was. The biggest thing I did was cut out eating fast food (for the most part). I think there are really two important components to achieving this:

    1. Showing how the non-fast foods can be tasty and delicious.
    2. Rather than trying to force people to exercise engaging them in some kind of physical activity they enjoy and will want to do for the rest of their life.

    Yep, agreed as well. Very important statement and message.
