    Jobs is a bit of an odd one IMO. Apple make great products but I find Job's style, and in particular, this presentation, difficult to swallow. The attitude he demonstrates is arrogant and won't win him or Apple any fans. If you are a seller, the "customer is king" law is difficult to accept sometimes but to be dismissive and arrogant when your loyal followers have a problem with your product, is a big mistake. If he wants to take a view from his ivory tower, someone at Apple with their feet planted on the ground, needs to have a word in his ear.
