How to waste two lives

    1. Kid needs a heart transplant
    2. Process id's the kid as non-compliant, meaning the heart will be wasted because this PoS is a low life that everyone knows about except the mom... As a parent, I can't blame her for doing everything she could for him.
    3. After media attention, he gets to be on the list and gets a transplant.
    4. Year later, car-jacks a car, dies during police chase.

    I was reading about this earlier today and just shook my head. Apparently they were ready to burn the hospital down after the original decision and only relented when the media circus became just that.

    Yeah, I don't feel bad for him. He's a turd, and would spread misery his entire life. I feel bad for the person who had to die in order for him to get a heart. He killed that person too.

    Yep, hence the title. One good thing that came out for me is that they can use this example (and I am sure it's not the only one) to buttress their protocol because it works.

    I'm afraid they won't learn from it, though. It is liberalism, after all.
