how Iraq policy was formed?

    Ok the article is from the Washington Post, so it shoud include an "obviously liberal" bias warning, yet is still quite an interesting read.

    definitely noteworthy that within a week of 9-11 that the Bush administration had decided that it made an attack on not just the Al Qaeda forces responsible for it acceptable, they considered it a green light to examine removing Hussein as well.

    oh, and whoever it was that leaked the "TOP-SECRET" document to the Post should lose his friggin job, this is obviously not an intentional PR type "leak" that the administration was trying to use to their advantage.
