Here's a fairly easy one to throw together and tends to go pretty quickly. Never any leftovers here. 1 lb boneless chicken breast 2 beef boullion cubes 18 ozs spaghetti 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can B&B mushrooms 2 1/4 cups water Dice the chicken and brown in butter, toss in the drained mushrooms and heat thoroughly. Combine water, soup and boullion cubes in another saucepan and heat thoroughly. Add chicken and mushrooms. Break the spaghetti in half and place in deep casserole dish. Pour the soup/chicken mixture over it and make sure the liquid gets to the bottom of the dish. Heat for about 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with Parmesean cheese and heat for another 10. Voila.
