E-mail without a date

Twice in the last three weeks, a large e-mail message without a date has gotten stuck in my SpamKiller's killed mail section. Is there a known virus going around that lacks a date in the message? Unlike most messages that end up in the killed file, I can't even view what is in this one. I do have an up-to-date virus program, but most viruses never get past the server, unless I move them to the In Mail file, because SpamKiller declares them "too large." No complaints with that--all my klez worm stuff gets nipped in the bud--but I'm curious about the "no date" stuff.

    Thanks for your help.

There is no requirement of mail-protocol that date, time, etc. is part of the email.
    What is your AV software?
Well, the answer does not really matter so long as the defs are updated regularly.

You can read Scot Finnie's review of another spam SW, SpamAssasin http://www.scotsnewsletter.com/37.htm#review1
    or here

I'd not want to view the suspect message, curiosity is a risk.
    Just my opinion.

Thanks, Ugly. I've been off the computer since the 23rd. My mail goes through SpamKiller's filters, so I think that is why. Thanks for the links too. I will take a look at them.
