Bah... All these wings are dredged and baked! Everyone knows you don't bake hot wings, you fry them naked.

What do you mean? No skin?

No dredging, no flour. You just drop them in naked until they crisp, and put them in the sauce hot so they absorb the sauce as they cool.

Hmm... is that like Hooters does them?

    Hooters wings suck!!

My favorite restaurant wings are BW3's. A bit on the small side, but the sauce are incredible!

No, Hooters traditionally dredges them, but I believe they now offer them naked as well. Real wing aficionados weren't going there (Gregg, me), and they decided to try to win us over.

Don't have that here. Hooters here are actually very good. One thing I've noticed is that they taste different based on a state. Weird but that's my observation.

Well, around here the big bad wing outlet is Wing's and More, and they serve them naked. They're flat out awesome, and they do tons of business.

You have a BW3's (Buffalo Wild Wings) in Brooklyn:

    139 Flatbush Ave.
    Brooklyn, NY

I dare you to try the "Blazin'" sauce. ;)

No thanks to the hottest sauce, or to the location of the restaurant?

That stuff is pretty good if you really like hot. It is one of the hottest hots I've ever had served in a restaurant.

Dude, hot doesn't bother me. Ghetto neighborhoods, on the other hand...

Gotcha. I don't know Brooklyn, so have no idea on the neighborhood.

Are "hot wings" a good food in terms of health and diet?

    (evil grin) ;)
