    Is two for two.

Think this isn't sending a message to politicians trying to cram their agenda down American's throats?

September 11, 2013 — As the ballots were counted Tuesday night in El Paso and Pueblo Counties, John Morse and Angela Giron were voted out of office in Colorado’s first-ever recalls of state legislators.

You know, I have always posited that the right wing are not typically prone to protests and being all noisy. But dammit, when it comes to pushing us around, we can get downright pissed off.

In Pueblo, despite numerous irregularities in the elections process, Angela Giron was recalled by a decisive 56-44% margin. Over 34,000 votes were cast in the heavily-Democrat district. Republican George Rivera received 88% of the successor vote. Establishment Republicans had advised against the recall saying it was impossible. As late as Monday, the state party felt the election would be lost. Yet despite their pessimism, Giron’s defeat was even more decisive than Morse’s.

Yeah, don't do it, it's hopeless! You tea party Republicans are on the way out, we need to compromise with the liberals. Well, maybe not.

BTW, Bloomberg wasted 3.2 million dollars trying to influence the Colorado election. He needs to worry about HIS constituents, I think.

Bloomberg who? In three more months, he's going to go back to being a nobody, regardless of how the city is going to go down the crapper. As for recalls, there was an attempt in NJ to recall a Senator and the Senator fought it claiming that as a Federal employee, a State recall law doesn't apply to him.

And now, Giron blames her loss on... VOTER SUPPRESSION!!! Because it couldn't possibly be her policy. Despite that she was paying people to harass the conservatives who were doing the recall drive, all manner of shifty crap like that, it had to be the evil Republicans doing shady crap for her to be defeated.

By the by, in this video, she really looks like she has to take a shit. Just sayin...

And there lies the problem. We no longer have politicians who listen to the people. They're politicians so they can drive their own personal agendas in a way that they'd never be able to as a "civilian".
