Great idea last year, to unite Brazilian teens who want to learn English with retired folk here.

    Another great concept THIS year.

Remember, folks, for others to learn OUR language, it's huge and a great benefit for us as well.

Yes, it's huge. I still remember the young girl with her mother in a train station in Vienna when Ed and I were there back in 1994. We needed some directions, so Ed spoke to the two of them in English. The mother couldn't speak English, but her daughter was learning it and was able to help us. We thanked her and went on our way. I looked over my shoulder and saw her standing tall and looking very happy and excited that she knew enough English to do that!
