Can I upload a .wav file

    Steve Is that it, then?

I have a very funny .wav file I'd like to upload in a post to share with everyone. Is possible?

    Just zip it up.

It's not the size that's a problem. The system disallows .wav file extensions. I suppose I could rename it taliban.wav.jpg and let people figure it out, but wouldn't be better if you could just click on it and play?

Use the attach file option? One thing though. I tested a pic upload in the test forum a sec ago and that worked. When I tried to attach it in a post I was wanting to make in Military Matters the system stopped it and told me to refer to it instead to save server space. It offered the link for that. The link did not work. So if you want to test in the test forum dont use the intended material use something similar but small.

Click and play would probably be easier, it's just that .zip is an allowable file extension.

Encode it as an MP3 or Ogg Vorbis. Takes up less server space.
