A really big dough board

    Steve Is that it, then?

My wife has been jonesing for a really big board for making pastries, bread dough, cookies, etc. She wants something around 2' x 3' (600cm x 900cm), with a "foot" attached to the bottom to be used to brace it against a counter when rolling, kneading, etc.

Anyone ever seen one of these commercially available?

That's what really big counters are for. ;)

Can't say I've seen something like that in my travels around the various utensil sites. I know a couple of chefs here. I'll ask 'em the next time I see 'em.

Hey, whe-, uh, I mean, biker (;)), thanks for the offer but don't bother with it. The link Violet discovered is just exactly the thing Andrea's been looking for.

    Thanks, Violet!
