Just getting a feel for what you guys prefer for a style type. This doesn't mean that I'll purchase the style that wins the poll, but it'll give me an idea of what you guys would like to see. Blaze Lucent Resurgent Club
Blaze is easier to read. I've found sites that use light text on dark background to be particularly difficult to read, e.g. Resurgent.
I'll stick with Blaze because it's easiest to read. It would be nice if the new forum accepts user selection of style.
Not gonna happen. One thing I'm not going to do any more is install multiple styles, and then spend days after an update fixing shit that's broke. There'll be one style and one style only. Besides, with the bridge and everything else that's specialized, multiple styles will just break more stuff.
Personally, I'm getting tired of blue. The darker styles rely to heavily on black which I'm not wild about. Club is different and still maintains readability.
For me Blaze is by far the easiest to read. Looks good too. It's my choice. Lucent is OK but isn't as easy to read as Blaze. Club is one of those color schemes that often looks really good upon first impression, like certain distinctive colors on some cars, but after you've looked at it day in and day out for some time it loses it appeal.
Purchased Lucent this morning and will get to working on that when the payment goes through. Thought seriously about Club, but when I went to the website to double check on it, it was kaput. Definitely ain't buying a style from someone who can't keep their site up.
