Wondering if there will soon be a market for a forum add-in that mass-expires all user passwords, forcing them to change upon their next login.
The thing that really pisses me off about warnings like this is they never say HOW the compromise occurred. Well known? Well known to whom? How about a bit more information so the rest of us can verify if we're susceptible to the same type of compromise.
My god. I just educated myself on this type of attack and just found out how EASY it is to compromise a site (no, GA is not vulnerable). And you want to know what the best tool is to find such sites? Google. Yep. Google will give you a list of sites that are potentially vulnerable to SQL injection attacks.You just have to know what to plug in for the search term.
