The federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has placed 15 signs along a 60-mile stretch of Interstate 8 that links San Diego with Phoenix and Tucson warning travelers of drug cartels and human trafficking operations.

“DANGER – PUBLIC WARNING, TRAVEL NOT RECOMMENDED,” read the signs placed along Interstate 8. “Visitors May Encounter Armed Criminals and Smuggling Vehicles Traveling at High Rates of Speed. Stay Away From Trash, Clothing, Backpacks, and Abandoned Vehicles.”

“BLM Encourages Visitors To Use Public Land North of Interstate 8,” the signs say.

“I think the American people are outraged that we can fight wars half-way around the world, send our nation’s treasury and our most precious resources – our American heroes that serve in the military -- and yet here in our own country somehow they believe it’s okay for us not to have a secure border,” Said Sheriff Babeu.

“And that it’s okay to put up signs in my county and parts of America to surrender parts of our country to foreign born criminals,” Babeu added, “warning our own American citizens to stay out.”

Signs? Putting up :Censored: signs instead of controlling the borders?

And where are the 1,200 National Guard Troops that were promised by President Obama??
Oh yeah... 30 have been sent... :banghead:

Ironically, the signs advise people to call 911 if they see anything. That rings the local law enforcement, the very ones who have been told by the feds that they may not enforce federal law. So...

If you see smuggling, call someone who can't do anything about it.

Ironic indeed, as Hillary Clinton has gone to the UN and presented Arizona's recent law as an example of possible human rights violation here in America, even though Arizona's law is merely a watered down version of current Federal law, the same law she's in charge of enforcing.

Amazingly there are still many middle of the roaders who support these politicians.
If you voted for Obama in 2008 to prove you’re not racist, you’ll have to find someone else to vote for in 2012 to prove you’re not an idiot.

The federal government is obligated to enforce the laws of the land, and there is no power stronger than the federal government. So what are you going to do when the strongest power refuses to obey the law?

Well shit, we have a fucking problem.

God how I hate that woman.

What is the answer to a President who swore to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and then does nothing of the sort?

My answer would be to toss out all of his elected cohorts as well as himself and all who support his policies of non-action when their respective elections come up.

It's past time to kick butt and take names.

There's a whole plethora of elected officials and government employees who have chosen to not protect our borders and instead to acquiesce to huge numbers of foreign nationals ignoring immigration laws and ignoring labor laws. I just don't understand that at all.

The law says what to do and their job is to enforce it and they're just not doing that. That's one reason I'm so pessimistic about America and about our future. What is the point of having laws if they aren't enforced? What is the point of having a government when it doesn't do its job?

Short of having another 1776, we go with the only legal avenue available and kick out all the slackers who are not doing their jobs, all of those who are more determined to listen to the words of the multi-nationals than the people, fire all of the scoundrels who are more concerned with getting the potential votes of illegal aliens than those of American voters.

All it takes is determination, putting aside petty bickering and instead, getting together on a united front to make America what it should be- a country dedicated to life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, and a nation of laws that are applicable to all fairly and without regard to rank, color, origin, religion, or any other descriptor.
