It doesn't happen down here too often but, an Iraqi diplomat has been deported from Australia. (http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/03/09/1047144860641.html)

Its all been because of a demand from the US says his superior. The deportee has done nothing to harm your beautiful country he went on to say.

The reason given for his deportation this morning is that he had been collecting information on Iraqi dissidents living in Australia.
