Yep, I am now a prospect for Secret Society (http://secretsocietymc.org/) chapter in NYC. :)

Two more months of proving myself, and I am in. Best MC out there for sports bikes, and believe me, I rode with others. These guys are not only pros they are cool heads, never do ANYthing stupid and dangerous (unless Mario wants to get his wheelie off on an open road). Half the club goes to the track and practice regularly and they are ALL geared up no matter what.

Unfortunately, they are mostly in Bronx, Snapps is in Queens, the only one, and I am representin' Brooklyn. :)

As it should be.. However, once you're invited to be a Prospect, the actual prospect period is 6 months with us. And we're gonna work your butt off, too! :lol:

Be prepared for a lot of 'go fer" stuff. Ya know.. PROSPECT!!!! I need a beer! or.. PROSPECT!! My bike is filthy!

When prospecting, keep a good attitude, even when the request is trivial. Basically, the entire club is going to keep you hopping, just to see what your reaction is. 2 months is a breeze. Don't loose your temper, and don't tell the club member to get it himself. Our rule of thumb is never ask a prospect to do something illegal or something that you yourself wouldn't do.

I noticed you don't put road names on your colors, so your club may not put much stock in naming the members like we do.. Pity.. Makes for some real interesting stories when you start relating how you each earned your roadname. :haha:

No, not directly on the colors. But the front of the vest with the number. Really excited no matter what they throw at me. This is a great bunch of folks and riding with them is just awesome. So awesome that when I ride with them, I don't feel fatigue.
