RCP (http://time-blog.com/real_clear_politics/2007/09/ohio_headtoheads.html?xid=rss-rcp) has the most recent numbers on the Ohio head to head poll. They also have the most recent polling averages for various candidates on the right hand site of the site.

Here are the numbers for Ohio's Head-to-Head:

Giuliani 52 - Obama 39
Thompson 50 - Obama 42
Romney 46 - Obama 45

Giuliani 48 - Edwards 47
Thompson 43 - Edwards 52
Romney 36 - Edwards 56

Giuliani 48 - Clinton 47
Thompson 47 - Clinton 48
Romney 42 - Clinton 52

Based on those numbers, and the fact that Clinton now has an 18% lead on Obama according to RCP, things are not looking good for an Obama nomination.

I'm surprised that Edwards shows so strong.

Still, you know and I know about what polls are worth!

Agreed...on both counts. :)

Plus, it's a LONG way from election time yet. Lot's of things can happen.

And all this was calculated before Jesse Jackson came out and said Obama thinks he's white now. Had to check the poll collection dates to see if there might have been any impact from Jackson speaking out on Obama, and it doesn't appear it would apply. Here's a clearer breakdown of the poll with numbers of how many people, etc, and the undecideds. http://www.surveyusa.com/client/PollReportEmail.aspx?g=21c6aad8-47f1-4a91-90a1-c2566551dc66

Clinton has a real shot at it, unfortunately, but it is a long ways to the election.
