It's really difficult to figure out who's more crippled in the head here... the protesters, the supporters, the people writing about the protest?

What in the holy name of crap does that have to do with anything?

I guess if you love Jazz, for instance, and you drive an SUV, then Jazz sucks??? These people have no clue how they are tossing their brains into the trash.

I kind of wondered about that myself.

Is it better to drive one large, relatively fuel-efficient (for its size) van, or several possibly less efficient cars? Hell, maybe the van was a rental? :blank:

I was thinking about that... but of course, you see, the PC response to that would have been "Take the Subway!"

But it's also beyond that. "Carbon footprint" is now officially one more weapon, one more piece of ammo to use against anyone you don't like, for reasons having nothing to do with anything. Like I said before, any music you like, any book you read, any play or film you enjoy - if your "carbon footprint" is not to the PC crowd's liking, then the music, books, plays and film all suck.

I'd like to give them a "footprint" alright...
