Export illegal immigrants from the US to Panama? That could never happen (except for the ones who came from Panama) but it does have a nice symmetry to it.
Yep, they come here and learn to poorly imitate US craftsmanship, lower the wages and drive them out of the trades. Beyootiful idea, send 'em back with training under their belt. ;)

The thing is, though, that the illegals like the high wages in the US, even day labor rates, yet I doubt they would be paid anything like that in Panama, so Panama would never be as attractive as the US.
