Better that we maintain enemies? New generations can bring in new ideals, and are opportune times to repair diplomacy. Cuba has a lot of offer the US, and vice versa. On top of that, as soon as Castro dies, a great deal of illegal immigrants are going to want to leave and go home. Problem?
