Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a transparent or semi-transparent, thin-film, flexible solar cell? The output per square meter does not need to be all that great.

Yeah, unfortunately, they're not transparent enough for what I had in mind, plus it looks like the tech is new, so will no doubt be too expensive, also.

Oh, well, I'll wait ten years or so and see...

Yep, the next thing on the horizon are PV skylights for buildings. Daylighting and electricity.
