TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Reservations/Ticketing - Reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to
departure. Tickets must be purchased at least 14 days prior to departure or
within 24 hours after reservation is made, whichever occurs first; however,
tickets must be issued no later than 31JAN03. Number of seats available for use
with this certificate is limited. Upgrades not permitted except WorldPerks
Platinum and Gold Elite upgrades. Offline space must be ticketed separately.
2. Minimum/Maximum Stay - There is a two-night minimum stay in all markets and
also a Saturday night stay required in Billings, Boise, and Calgary. The
maximum stay is 14 days after departure from origin or by 14FEB03, whichever
occurs first.
3. Blackout dates - Travel is not permitted on Saturday.
4. Itinerary - Travel must be roundtrip. For roundtrip travel in two travel
periods, use half of each fare. One way travel/circle trips/open jaws/open
segments/waitlisting/stopovers not permitted. Same-day standby permitted.
5. Routing - Travel must begin and end in the 48 contiguous United States. All
travel must be via the routes of NW in which NW publishes Coach Class fares.
6. Transferability - This certificate is non-transferable.
7. Refund - Once issued, tickets are non-refundable.
8. Changes - Once ticketed, origin/destinations may not be changed. Flight/date
changes prior to or after departure are permitted, to the return portion of the
ticket only, for a fee of $100USD, provided they are made prior to the
originally scheduled/ticketed flight and meet all provisions of this program
including, but not limited to, booking class/min./max. stay and travel date
requirements. Changes which are requested after the originally
scheduled/ticketed flight are not permitted and the ticket has no value.
9. Combinability - This certificate may not be combined with any other coupon/
certificate/ discount/ bonus/Worldperks air travel award
purchase/promotion/group travel/ government/ military/ unpublished
companion/vusa/agency-industry discount/child/infant/free/no value/ unpublished/
student/ group/ joint/ tour/fares filed by rule/others specified by NW.
10. Certificate - Limit two tickets per certificate. If purchasing more than one
ticket, both passengers must be booked at the same time in the same class of
service, ticketed at the same time, check in together and travel on the same
flights and dates. Once ticketed, this email offer is deemed fully used and will
not be replaced. This e-mail offer will not be honored retroactively or in
connection with the exchange of any wholly/partially unused ticket. Only
