Well, it's not even a butt crack but if someone sees you in lowrider pants/jeans and your underwear is showing <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/02/09/low.pants.ap/index.html">you will be fined</a>!

The state's House of Delegates passed a bill Tuesday authorizing a $50 fine for anyone who displays his or her underpants in a "lewd or indecent manner."

Del. Lionell Spruill Sr., a Democrat who opposed the bill, had pleaded with his colleagues to remember their own youthful fashion follies.

I love how the jerks think this law is solely for blacks!?! Uhm, have they been to NYC? Predominant lowriders are white boys who think and "act" like they are from the hood.

But I still don't think this law is good. If I am a kid and I want to impress a girl, I am pressing the law. I mean, look at the risk ($50) vs. reward! ;)

So what you're trying to make the rest of us believe Leon, is that your butt crack is a treat? :holyshit:

To most people it is, dammit. :)

This is truly a tragedy in the making. Am I to believe it will soon be illegal in Virginia for sexy young women with rockin' bods to put on high-riding thongs and low-riding pants?

Where will I go for my cheap thrills, then? ;)

Damn....the legislature in Virginia must have solved all the real problems of the state.

Lest anybody think that this law is being pushed by some redneck honkies in Richmond, the bill's sponsor is a black Democrat.

I don't care who sponsored the law. It's BS. What if I don't wear underwear?? Then what? Who the hell are these people, lol. Oh, wait...oh, no, they do have jobs. Hmmm.. This is all they have to worry about. Pooh pooh on them.

Then you don't have to worry. Apparently it's only when your underwear shows. ;)

One of our local state troopers was saying that he hopes a law like that doesn't get passed up here. Or at least not passed until he retires. He said it makes chasing crooks much easier on an old guy like himself when the "alleged" crooks pants keep slipping to knee level.

That's to protect the plumbers; can't have all the plumbers being thrown in prison, now can we?

Oh, man, that's just too damn funny! :)

I'll tell you, more than once I've been down on all fours under a desk checking cabling and gotten up suddenly, to find several women turning around quickly with red faces. Once in a while, one of them will ask me to keep working because they were enjoying the view!

I order from the Duluth Trading Company all the time. The shirts are great and the jeans are pretty rugged. I haven't blown out the knees in over a year.

Aw, crap! (pun intended) They dropped the whole thing. (http://www.cnn.com/2005/ALLPOLITICS/02/10/droopy.pants.ap/index.html) Seems like some 17-year-old kid has more common sense than the whole Virginia State Legislature. :)

They're also apparently only for fat bastards. ;) I went to check on a pair of their jeans to fit my svelte physique and the smallest waist size is 40.

No, I wear a 38. The jeans on sale are being phased out. I believe these are the new and improved model: http://www.duluthtrading.com/items/85367+DDM+032+030.asp
