I found this AMAZING site that gives unbelievably detailed nutritional information and analysis about all sorts of foods, in pretty much any state of preparation or quantity you can dream up. Here's a sample for a cup of egg ;), (I took the screenshots before I realized I wanted it to be AN egg, but it's a nice example just the same). You put in the food in the upper right corner (my screenshot cuts that off to fit) and the quantity/preparation (like ONE small/medium/large/jumbo egg, duh! :)) is in the center. There's actually even more info, but these are the highlights. Enjoy. :)

Incidentally, the pull-down menu that says "all food categories" has all kinds of fast food restaurants at the bottom of the list, including Taco Bell, Krispy Kreme, KFC -- very, very scary info on those foods.

Man, glad I don't have to worry about calories. Some of my fast food lunch staples are loaded lol.

Taco Bell taco = 220 each (I normally eat 5-6 for lunch)
Double 1/4 pounder w/cheese = 760 Large Fries= 542
Double Whopper w/cheese = 1070  Large fries=495
White Castle burger = 140 (I normally eat about 8)

How I stay 145 pounds at 6'3" is beyond me lol.

Your tape worm will die, and then you'll be in the same boat as the rest of us. Up to around age 33, I rarely worried about my waist line or what I ate. Now....... Let's just say it's cheaper to watch what I eat than it is to buy new britches every few months.

Geez, ain't that the truth! I'm 6'2". Through high school, I weighed 150. After basic training I weighed 180. Kept that until about 30, and now I weigh 240!
