Ummmmm, I don't think it was his inaugural address. If memory serves correctly, it was the 1980 State of the Union address.

I remember this because the hostage situation was still ongoing in Iran, and they were released as soon as Reagan won the election in November of that year. I was just a young two striper in the AF then. **chuckle**
