Not according to this article on apartment prices (http://www.iht.com/articles/534308.html), there aren't. I know that for much of the world's population, Manhattan is NYC but frankly I expect more from a news source. :crazy:

Sorta reminds me of a scene from "Sex and the City." Samantha's actor boyfriend asked her if she would go see him act in a play at a theater in Brooklyn. She replied "I don't do boroughs." rofl
