It seems Californians are more concerned with a few miles of border than with the Mexican invasion. Read about it here. (http://www.cnn.com/2004/US/West/02/19/border.fence.ap/index.html)

I'm not sure i get thet title but YEESH and a half to the article!
Like they can't hop a fence? that's ridiculous..... all they have to do is monitor traffic as it hits the roads... and maybe the beach further up... anyhoooooo a fence isn't going to fix the problem.

The article is misleading. It's not the state government, it's the coastal commission - a bunch of socialist anti-property tree hugging goons who were appointed by Davis. While no body advocates the wholesale destruction of our beaches, these bums have got such a iron grip through their unelected power to control the coastline that obvious choices such as being pointed out are flat out ignored. Some of us here understand what is right to do, but with Davis and his cronies in office over the years, well, let's just say a fish rots from the head.
