Bush wants to expand the space program

I'm ambivalent - I support space exploration, but, as a fiscal conservative, I am against government intervention. I think most conservatives would support government spending on infrastructure projects, like highways and roads. So, if the space program can be considered an infrastructure project, like providing roads for industry into space, a conservative can support it.
