View Full Version : Heads up on Expedia policy change
If I find the article, I'll post it here. But in case anyone is planning on purchasing tickets, Expedia.com has changed their policy to reflect if a war breaks out. All fees (such as cancellation due to war, etc) will be waived - these include airfare, car rental, and hotel reservations.
So if you plan on doing things online, it might be worth going through Expedia, incase you need to change your plans.

i'VE NEVER USED oops (caps at work) Expedia because Iheard stories of problems, no remimbursement and stuff. Do any of you have GOOD stories to tell? I've used travelocity TWICE without a hitch, including rentals.

I've used Expedia about eight or ten times. Never a single problem, always very satisfied. I don't think their prices are necessarily the absolute lowest, but they're very reliable.

Yep, American issued the same release on their site...I'm due to travel again on Thursday, to Zurich, and I want to make sure I have an out...
Worst news is, the following weekend, I go to...Canada.

If you are assassinated while abroad, will your family now be able to get a refund on your no-changes-allowed ticket?
