Rashid described al-Jazeeri, believed to be a Moroccan, as "one of the top seven" officials of Osama bin Laden's Al-Qaeda network which is accused of the September 11, 2001 atrocities in the United States.


Although it doesn't say so in this article, reports on TV are saying that he was one of the bomb experts. They are going over papers and such that were found in the apartment.

It's heartening to see many different countries persuing these guys and other organizations even with the differences regarding Iraq.
